Our CRM and integration platform, and the base for the custom CRMs we build for clients. It covers leads, records, a power dialer, email and calendar sync, e-signature intake, and AI drafting. Built with passkey sign-in, an encrypted sensitive-data vault, and full audit logging.

How we work

Security work is only useful when it is authorized, scoped, and handled with care. Every engagement follows the same rules.

  • Written authorization first. We test only systems the client owns or has the right to authorize, under a signed scope and rules of engagement.
  • Confidentiality by default. Client engagements are covered by NDA. We do not name clients or publish their findings.
  • Minimal data handling. We collect only what the work requires, keep it encrypted, and return or destroy it when the engagement closes.
  • Coordinated disclosure. Issues we find in third-party software are reported privately to the vendor or maintainer before anything is made public.
  • Remediation, not just reports. We help fix what we find and verify the fix.

About

Blueprint Business Consulting LLC is an Oregon limited liability company led by Levi Whaley, who has worked in DevOps, network operations, and security for companies for roughly two decades. That work has ranged from running production infrastructure to assessing and hardening the networks and applications businesses depend on.

The company also builds and runs its own products. QuerySurfer, Astra, and the Blueprint ATM brands are where we put our own practices to work: infrastructure we operate ourselves, software we ship to the public, and systems that handle sensitive business and payments data.

We are deliberately small. Clients work directly with the person doing the work.
