What this site collects

This site has no forms, accounts, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it only to reply and to carry out any work you ask for. We do not sell or share it.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site.

Client information

Information we receive during client engagements is governed by that engagement's agreement and NDA. We keep it encrypted, limit access to the people doing the work, and return or destroy it when the engagement ends, unless the agreement says otherwise.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security issue in this site, QuerySurfer, Astra, or any Blueprint brand, email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge your report, keep you informed, and credit you if you wish once it is fixed.

Please test only against your own accounts and data, avoid degrading service for others, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it. We will not pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows these guidelines.
